You Belong Here Campaign

The McNay is launching the You Belong Here campaign to help spread the word to everyone across San Antonio and Bexar County, that they are welcome on our grounds and in our galleries. This effort will help us expand access to our transformational art and provide an authentic sense of welcome and belonging to all.

To signify our commitment to equity and inclusion and the launch of the You Belong Here campaign, we’ve partnered with Operation Homefront to provide over 600 military families in San Antonio with access to the McNay through the gift of membership.

Tell your San Antonio community “You Belong Here” by donating today.

You can help make this partnership possible by supporting the McNay Excellence Fund. Your gift directly impacts Military Families in San Antonio – see what your gift could provide:

  • $50 could cover a membership for 1 military family
  • $100 could cover a membership for 2 military families
  • $250 could cover a membership for 5 military families
  • $500 could cover a membership for 10 military families
  • $1000 could cover a membership for 20 military families
  • $2,500 could cover a membership for 50 military families
  • $5,000 could cover a membership for 100 military families

All gift memberships given to Military families will also include an art kit so that families can create art together right at home!

Operation Homefront is a national nonprofit, with a headquarters here in San Antonio, whose mission is to build strong, stable, and secure military families so they can thrive in the communities that they’ve worked so hard to protect.

In partnership with Operation Homefront, the McNay will be participating in two family events, Back-to-School Brigade and Holiday Meals for Military. You can learn more about Operation Homefront by going to their website at
