New Hours Beginning Tuesday, September 4, 2018
We will come back from the Labor Day holiday to new public hours at the McNay. As part of our commitment to making the McNay even more accessible, we will have new hours -- what we are calling “Beyond Business Hours” -- beginning Tuesday, September 4, 2018. In addition to being closed to the public on Mondays, we will now be closed on Tuesdays as well – except for school tours. Additionally, we will be open from 10:00 am until 6:00 pm on Wednesdays and Fridays, giving more people an opportunity to visit the McNay after school or office hours. Thursdays stay the same, with hours from 10:00 am to 9:00 pm, with free admission from 4:00 to 9:00. Saturdays and Sundays remain the same.

Free General Admission
- FREE H-E-B Thursday Nights (4−9 pm): FREE general admission. Special exhibition access is $10 on Thursday nights.
- FREE DICKSON-ALLEN FOUNDATION First Sundays of the Month (noon−5 pm): Free general admission. Special exhibition access is $10 on First Sundays.
- Bank of America's Museums on US - Present your Bank of America or Merrill Lynch credit or debit card and picture ID on the first full weekend of every month for one free general admission.
* FREE admission to Sotheby's Preferred Client Cardholders - Present your card at the front desk for free admission for up to three guests.
** FREE general admission for Alamo Colleges, Trinity University, and the University of the Incarnate Word students, faculty and staff with their school IDs or business cards through our Educational Institution partnership.
