Born and raised for his first ten years in Guadalajara, Jalisco Mexico, Luis Barthel saw himself at the McNay from his first visit, and later joined the leadership team as the Head of Operations. Luis holds over 30 years’ experience in general operations management including security services, facility maintenance, and Government contracting. A USAF Veteran, Luis earned his bachelor’s degree in Business Management, is a trained mediator, and has been certified in the HR and Safety fields. Favorite pastimes include family time, hiking, dancing, and open-road driving.
