Brady Haynes

Head of Operations

Brady Haynes joined the McNay as Head of Operations on March 4, 2024. In his role, he is charged with overseeing the operational effectiveness for Safety and Security; Information Technology; and Buildings and Grounds, including HVAC and landscaping.

Haynes has over 15 years of experience in finance, project management, and operations leadership. He previously served as Chief of Operations at the Witte Museum, where he oversaw $10 million in capital projects and developed a comprehensive 10-year capital improvement budget. He also served as Financial Analyst at San Antonio Water Systems (S.A.W.S.) and at San Antonio River Authority.

He is active in the community as a member of Rotary of San Antonio, International Facility Management Association (IFMA), Alamo Project Management Institute, and as a youth soccer coach.

He earned a B.A. in Business Administration and a B.A. in Communications from Trinity University and an M.A. in Geography, Resource & Environmental Studies from Texas State University. He is a certified Project Management Professional (PMP).
