How do I join or renew my membership?


There are four easy ways you can join or renew your membership:

  1. Online
  2. Call 210.805.1758
  3. In person at the Visitor Services desk or the Shop located in the AT&T Lobby.
  4. Print this form and mail to:

What are the different levels of Membership?


We offer several different levels of Membership, including General Memberships, Patron Circle, and Visionary Circle.

Which memberships include children?


All Membership levels include children 19 and under.

Is there a monthly option for Membership?


Yes! A monthly membership subscription is a new way to support the McNay as a General Level Member. Monthly membership subscriptions require a minimum 12-month commitment, payment by credit card, and an opt-in to auto-renewal. Monthly membership subscriptions are non-refundable and non-transferable.To learn more, please contact the membership office at 210.805.1756 or email membership@mcnayart.org.

Will I receive a Membership card?


Yes, you will receive your membership card(s) 10-14 days from date of purchase. However, you do not have to present your Membership card when visiting the Museum. Simply provide a valid ID to the Visitor Services Associate.

How do I update my information?


If you need to update your mailing address, phone number, or email address, please contact us at 210.805.1756 or email membership@mcnayart.org.

Do you offer refunds on Membership?


All general admission, special admission, program fees, event tickets, donations, and memberships are final and non-refundable. Memberships are also non-transferable.
