Named for our founder Marion Koogler McNay, we are Texas’ first modern art museum right here in San Antonio. We are a place of belonging, where the museum’s expanding community is reflected in transformational art experiences.

Your gift to the McNay Excellence Fund supports the greatest needs of the museum and core programs including more than a dozen exhibitions annually and community events like Second Thursdays. Donations also fund K-12 programming through field trips and the Spotlight exhibition series which celebrates student artists’ responses to the McNay collection.
