Come and get it! Sample donuts, mesquite bean coffee, and homemade biscuits cooked over the campfire in this month's Food for Thought. In coordination with the exhibition Captain Seth Eastman's Journey with a Sketchbook, we'll eat like Texans on the trail. Chuckwagon Cook Ed Parsons prepares authentic trail food onsite from his period chuckwagon. This event celebrates San Antonio's Tricentennial Commemorative Week. Wednesday, May 2 is History and Education Day.
