Explore the whimsical printmaking subjects of Beth van Hoesen and Wayne Thiebaud in a hands-on workshop. Both Bay Area artists depicted eye-pleasing series of fruit, animals, and sweets in playful and surprising ways. Decide your subject and print a small edition with a teaching artist.
Teachers receive three hours of continuing professional education credit. Space is limited and registration is required. Fee (includes museum admission and workshop supplies): McNay members $25; Not-yet members $35. For more information, email education@mcnayart.org.
This workshop is a program of the exhibition, Beth van Hoesen and Wayne Thiebaud: Friendship and Community.
