Re-visit, re-imagine, and re-create wolf stories. Puppet designers and performers Jaq Serafin and Iker Vicente are known for their street performances—La Liga-Teatro Elástico—including the larger-than-life wolf and deer puppets on view at the McNay. This free virtual workshop via Zoom combines storytelling and studio, and participants receive a mask template created by Jaq and Iker. This workshop is a program of the exhibition Is It Real? Staging Nature on view through October 24, 2021.
Supplies are provided by the McNay with suggestions of materials to collect from home. Registration required and space is limited. Local pickup available during Museum hours. Shipping of supplies available upon request. Contact education@mcnayart.org or call 210.805.1768 with questions.
