Summer art camp returns! Kids (Kindergarten–5th grade) experience insider access to the museum and special exhibitions. Camp combines creative play, exhibit exploration, and hands-on art studio time mixed with a lot of fun! Celebrate your campers creations at the weekly young artist showcase at the McNay in the Valero Learning Centers.
In Summer Art Camp: Eco-Build, recycle, upcycle, artcycle–just a few ways kids repurpose materials to create 3D sculptures. Campers collaborate and build additive and subtractive sculptures with non-traditional materials.
Camp is in session from 9:30 am–5 pm. Drop-off begins at 9 am and students must be picked up by 5:30 pm. Students bring their own lunches. Snacks provided.
Fee per week (includes t-shirt, sketchbook, & museum admission): McNay members $320, nonmembers $340. For more information, email at education@mcnayart.org.
See all camp offerings and policies on the Summer Camp page.
