Best known as one half of the hilariously irreverent, satirical, counter-culture, no-holds-barred duo Cheech and Chong, Cheech Marin is a paradox in the world of entertainment. Cheech is an actor, director, writer, musician, Chicano art collector, art exhibitor, and humanitarian.
Please join us for a once-in-a-lifetime fundraising luncheon featuring the multi-generational star. Cheech will join in conversation with San Antonio art curator and gallerist, Dr. Patricia Ruiz-Healy, and discuss the opening of The Cheech Marin Center for Chicano Art & Culture at the Riverside Art Museum this summer.
The afternoon will include lunch and dessert as well as a mezcal toast at the end of the event. All proceeds from the event benefit the Museum’s education, exhibition, and conservation programs.
