This event is part of our Be Well: Outdoor Practices in Mindfulness series. One Thursday a month, take an evening breather, and strengthen the connection between mind and body through calming techniques. Attend Outdoor Yoga, a Sound Bath, a Guided Meditation, or a Mindful Nature Walk on the grounds. BYOM – bring your own mat. Fee: Pay what you wish, suggested donation of $10.

Join yoga instructor Magenta Najera for an outdoor all-level vinyasa flow on the shaded front lawn. Connect your breath with movement and yourself with community as we make shapes with our bodies that emulate art. All bodies welcome, no prior experience needed.
