Artist and McNay Associate Registrar Dan Guerrero blends elements of religion and Pop/Hispanic culture in his painting. He joins René Paul Barilleaux, Head of Curatorial Affairs, for a virtual conversation about his influences, process, and paintings on view in the Oppenheimer Gallery through June 6, 2021. The Artists Looking at Art series features contemporary San Antonio area artists, including McNay artists/staff members.
