Plan Your Visit

  • For your safety and viewing experience, the McNay will be offering timed-entry reservations to ensure a comfortable visitor capacity inside of the exhibition. While reservations may be filled, limited entries for walk-ins can be booked at the front desk.
  • After you make your timed entry reservation to Dreamland, an admission ticket is still needed for entry to the exhibition. Please check-in at the front desk and show your time reservation to purchase your ticket.
  • We recommend all visitors make their reservations in advance. You can make reservations by clicking here.
  • If you need assistance in booking a reservation, please call the front desk at 210.824.5368
  • Please plan to arrive at least 15 minutes before your reservation time to allow for parking and ticket purchasing.
  • If you are running late, need to reschedule or need to cancel a reservation you may do so through your notification link or call the front desk at 210.824.5368
  • As a benefit, Members will be able to skip the line and have expedited access into the exhibition.

Do McNay Members need to purchase an admission ticket for Dreamland?

    • No, Members enjoy unlimited FREE visits to the McNay, including Dreamland. However, you will still need to check in at the front desk.

Due to a maintenance issue, the museum will close at 5 p.m. today. Tonight’s Gallery Talk will be rescheduled for a later date. We will return to regular hours tomorrow.
