McNay Lifestyle: Big Doings for Young Art Lovers

Say hello to our Young McNay Council staff. We are working hard to energize young art lovers in the San Antonio community, and we would like your help.

We are looking for energetic, motivated, and committed young professionals to be a part of the executive committee for the Young McNay Council. If you cannot commit to being on the executive committee, but would still like to be involved, you can join as a council member. No fees attached. All we ask is that you help promote events and energize the community.

As a member of the council you will:

o Promote the McNay and its existing events for young professionals on social media!

o Spread the word to your friends!

o Foster networking opportunities!

o Attend happy hours every two months!

o Provide feedback for upcoming and new McNay events!

o Help plan or volunteer at events!

We held our inaugural brainstorming session on Wednesday, September 16. Those in attendance helped us gather information so that we can kick-start a plan to better engage the next generation of museum patrons in San Antonio.
