McNay Summer Jazz & Lunch Series

This summer cool off at a refreshing four-part music

series in Leeper Auditorium, with media partner KRTU

91.7 FM, Jazz for San Antonio. Hear San Antonio’s finest

Jazz bands perform music from the George Nelson era

and beyond, while enjoying a Mexican buffet from

Tomatillos Café y Cantina. Buffet includes

mini fajita taco bar, quesadilla bar, and tortilla chip station.

Summer Jazz Concert: John Magaldi & the Primetime

Jazz Orchestra

Saxophonist John Magaldi leads the Primetime Orchestra in

mainstream, big band jazz.

Summer Jazz concerts are free and open to the public with museum admission.

For the Mexican buffet: $10/$5 adult/child for McNay members; $13/$7 adult/child

nonmembers, payable at the door. Beer and margaritas are available at a cash bar.

No reservations needed, seating is available on a first come, first served basis.
