McNay Art Museum Teams Up with Earl Abel's for 2012 Summer Jazz & Lunch Series
San Antonio, TX - The McNay Art Museum is proud to announce the 2012 Summer Jazz & Lunch Series. McNay visitors may escape the summer heat inside the comfortably air-conditioned Leeper Auditorium and hear San Antonio's finest jazz bands perform. The concerts are free with museum admission, made possible by the Susan and John Kerr Music Fund, which has generously supported the series in its entirety, "We are grateful to Mr. and Mrs. Kerr for their music fund gift that allows us to bring great jazz to our community," said Colleen Kelly, the McNay's Chief Development Officer.
Food from San Antonio's Earl Abel's Restaurant will be available for purchase. "Earl Abel's is very excited to once again work with the McNay to bring food for its patrons' enjoyment during the Summer Jazz Concert & Lunch Series," said Roger Arias, owner of Earl Abel's. In 2011, the McNay and Earl Abel's teamed up for the Sleuths and Suits Film Series.
