Sanchez has a Bachelor of Art in Theatre from the University of the Incarnate Word. She is a recipient of two Alamo Theatre Arts Globe Awards for her roles as Costanza in the romantic comedy "Enchanted April"and Victoria Santos in the drama "Santos y Santos" both produced at San Pedro Playhouse Cellar Theatre.
