$250 per hour (3 hour minimum)
Tuesday, Wednesday, and Friday, 9am to 5pm.

Food and drink are not allowed inside the Lecture Hall. If food and drink are being served, the Leeper Auditorium will be available for dining. Rental fee for Leeper subject to specific event activities.

*Availability of galleries is subject to special exhibition schedule. During the included gallery time, museum docents are available by request for an additional fee of $100.

McNay Art Museum Rental Furniture and Prices

Upon booking your event, you have the option to rent McNay in-house furniture, without the hassle of delivery and late night pick up fees. Set up and break down of rental furniture is to be arranged between the client and the caterer. Rental furniture must remain inside of the museum and is not to be used on museum grounds. To reserve rental furniture for your event, please contact the Event Rental Coordinator at 210.805.1782.

A/V accommodations

$50 per hour (3 hour minimum)

-This includes most a/v requirements (microphones, podiums, presentation screens, etc)

and an a/v technician to be on site.
