McNay Art Museum Rental Policies

• All options include the facility, parking, and museum security
• Event furniture can be rented through the McNay Special Events Department
• Clients are required to use one of the catering companies from the list of McNay approved caterers
• For special lighting needs, the McNay approved lighting technician may assist you
• The renter of the facilities may bring in alcoholic beverages to be served by the caterer
• An off-duty police officer must be hired by the client
• No open flames, sparklers, or ice sculptures are allowed
• Daily after 6pm, excluding Thursdays
• Options include one hour in designated gallery space
