In coordination with San Antonio's Tricentennial and the exhibition Captain Seth Eastman's Journey with a Sketchbook, we'll eat like Texans on the trail. Chuckwagon Cook Ed Parsons prepares authentic trail food onsite from his period chuckwagon.
